1. Harlequinns.net is a public-access/general-purpose portfolio hosting web site for models. Harlequinns.net does not own or claim to own any personal portfolio content or images uploaded by individual users for individual promotion and presentation. It is the responsibility of the user to abide by this agreement and site guidelines.

2. Any communication or material users post or transmit to the Service and/or the Sites is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. Users assume full responsibility for anything they post or transmit, and grant Harlequinns.net the right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any information or content you post or transmit for any purpose.

3. Harlequinns.net does not review or monitor any web sites linked from personal portfolios on this site. Users agree to not post URL's and other web links that lead to Adult or Pay Sites. Harlequinns.net reseves the right to remove any references or portfolios containing Adult Sites or Pay Sites without notice.

4. Harlequinns.net reserves the right to refuse to post any photos submitted deemed not appropriate for the site.  While Harlequinns is a nude site, it is not a pornographic site.  This will be on a case by case basis.  Submitter will be notified of which images and why.

5. As Harlequinns.net is predominantly an Artistic Nude Photography Site, it is not intended for users under the age of 18. If you are 17 years or younger, DO NOT SUBMIT a portfolio or any personal information, as it will not be posted.

6. Harlequinns.net reserves the right to change and modify these usage rules as appropriate and without notice.

7. Violation of these Terms and Conditions will cause your membership to be terminated and your profile to be removed from Harlequinns.net without notice.

8. By submitting for a profile or becoming a member, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions.
